Into Work (Sunderland) Limited began life in 1997 operating a model called the Intermediate Labour Market which supported long-term unemployed people back into work. As a City & Guilds Accredited Centre we have delivered quality training in construction across all trowel trades such as plastering and bricklaying. An accredited 'Multi-Skills' course is also available which consists of a mix of plastering, bricklaying and painting and decorating. Specific courses such as the construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) and the new roads and street works card are also available.

Through our accreditation with the Open College Network we are able to produce our own training programmes and deliver courses to suit individual needs from four day, four and six week and ten week courses. All these courses have the flexibility to cater for individual client needs and can be delivered as "Taster" courses for the complete novice to specific courses for the DIY enthusiast. A number of clients, after attending these courses, have either entered employment in the construction industry or set up their own small business.
